Face to Face Consultation

Service Description

Book a face to face consultation with Lavinia to discuss your facial aesthetic concerns and goals. A treatment plan will be developed to achieve these goals over a period of time. The deposit paid can be used towards your treatment if you wish to book one after the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS If you require to Cancel or Amend your appointment please give 72 hours’ notice. There cannot refund or transfer of deposit without 72 hours’ notice. This is because it does not give Beau Aesthetic Clinic sufficient time to fill the consultation slot. Treatment Appointments: The deposit is towards the cost of treatment. If you decide not to go ahead & cancel with 72 hours your deposit will be refunded upon request. Consultation Appointments: Consultation Appointments are stand alone slots (usually 30 minutes) in which the client and the nurse discuss treatments with no treatment carried out. Your deposit will be refunded upon request (or carried forward) as long as 72 hours’ notice of a cancellation/amendment is given. Refunds of deposits can take up to 10 working days to be credited back to your card.
